With more than 20 years experience in residential, commercial and investment properties, Kathy Rivera has been recognized for her exceptional professional achievements and expertise in the industry. She was awarded the Circle of Excellence designation by Watson ERA from 2008-2020 consecutively; recognizing agents for sales volume and units sold. Kathy is also a relocation and short sale specialist.
The love for real estate started many years before Kathy decided to get her license and help others find or sell their home. A third generation Kern County native, Kathy was instrumental in assisting her parents through the sale of a family farm. At that point, Kathy knew becoming a real estate agent was a natural next step. It is with that same tenacity and passion that she represents each of her clients realize their dream of home ownership. In 2003, Kathy became a licensed real estate agent and has continued to enjoy a career in the industry. She never anticipated how rewarding it would be to help other’s find a property just right for them.
When Kathy is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She has been married for 32 years and has three daughters. Cooking, reading and wine tasting are the ways Kathy likes to relax. Kathy also has a residence on the Central Coast of California where she also holds a real estate license with the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors.

Mike fondly recalls his first job working at a Bakersfield landmark Drive-In, Andres Drive -In. It is at this job that Mike attributes learning the value of hard work, integrity, honesty and the joy of helping others. He applies these values into his daily life.
It is with Mike’s work ethics that led him to a career with the Coca-Cola Bottling Company where he started as a truck driver and worked his way into the sales division; reporting directly to the Vice President of the Western Region of Coca Cola before retiring in 2011.
In 2013, Mike began working for his wife’s real estate team at Watson Realty in Bakersfield and on the California Central Coast. Going from the corporate world to his own business was an easy transition especially when he realized that he could enjoy working with real estate clients in finding a home that’s just right for them no matter how long it might take. Mike’s love for people shows in every interaction.
Mike has been happily married for 32 years and has three adult daughters and six grandchildren. Mike says, “We love our time on the California Central Coast with family and friends where we enjoy hiking, sight-seeing, wine tasting, boogie boarding and time walking along the beach.
In addition to her deep connections throughout the Bakersfield community, Alicia often finds being a realtor and helping her clients on their real estate journey a very personal endeavor.
Alicia earned a Bachelor’s degree specializing in business and became a realtor in 2009 and has been providing real estate services to the County of Kern at Watson Realty.

When she’s not working, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family and making memories including travelling, spending time at her family’s beach house with her entire family. Family game nights, reading, planning events and shopping also fill her time.
