Glyndora utilizes play therapy, art, music, journalism, light, nutrition, EFT, CBT, REBT, and several other modalities to as she reaches out to effect change in others. She also is presently studying American Sign Language in hopes to also reach the deaf population. In addition, she herself has a genetic bone disorder and Celiac Disease which aids her with empathy for others who also may suffer or are different.
